Robertson County Warrant Records Robertson County Warrant Records

If a Robertson County ticket is what started your worry, the court named on that notice is the place to ask. Four city courts here, Calvert, Franklin, Hearne, and Bremond, each run their own ordinance and Class C dockets, and Robertson County municipal court warrants do not all show up on the sheriff's list. So read the government name on the citation. The clerk in that city can tell you whether a warrant, a failure to appear, or a pending case sits in the file, and only that court can recall it. A city police department may field questions, but it does not control the case.

Municipal Court Warrants in Robertson County

Each of Robertson County's four incorporated cities has a municipal court. Those courts handle city ordinance and state-law Class C matters, including traffic and failure-to-appear process. A city court creates and updates its own case record.

The sheriff's Most Wanted interface is not a substitute for those city files. A city citation may not appear there, and a payment link does not prove that the court recalled a warrant. Ask the city clerk about the case and any required appearance.

Robertson County Municipal Warrant Routes

Municipal court access differs by city. Hearne publishes a courtesy sheet, Franklin lists a general court-day pattern, Calvert says the judge is by appointment, and Bremond operates through City Hall. No public citywide name-search warrant portal was located.

The county's JP directory lists separate precinct courts; do not confuse a city's court with the JP in the same town.

Which Cities Have Municipal Courts

Calvert, Franklin, Hearne, and Bremond each operate a municipal court. The court's city name determines the citation and clerk route. Unincorporated matters may instead be handled by a JP or another court named on the notice.

Robertson County Hearne Warrant Appearance Rule

Hearne's courtesy sheet says a phone call does not count as an appearance. It also says extensions and payment plans must be approved in court on the appearance date, not arranged by phone or email. Personal checks are not accepted, and the sheet describes cash, cashier's check, and money order instructions.

The municipal payment page excludes deferred-disposition, dismissal, and defensive-driving fees from its ordinary flow. A city citation should go to Hearne Municipal Court at 306 W 3rd Street, 979-279-6677, not to county JP2's account.

Hearne's official courtesy sheet supplies the appearance and payment cautions.

How to Check a Municipal Court Warrant

Start with the city court printed on the citation. The payment vendors ask for identity and case fields, but they do not create a complete warrant search. A reader with only a name should call the clerk rather than guess at a citation number or use the sheriff list as a complete answer.

  1. Read the city name and court date from the notice.
  2. Use the court's own linked payment or citation page only if the clerk confirms the case can be handled there.
  3. Call the municipal clerk for warrant, FTA, balance, appearance, or recall questions.
  4. Ask the clerk what to bring before visiting, and contact counsel for a serious criminal matter.

Robertson County Franklin Warrant Payment Rules

Franklin Municipal Court is at 319 Bremond Street and lists 979-828-3257 and 979-828-1316. Its court dates are generally the second and fourth Tuesdays, 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.; call first to confirm the date and whether a warrant case can be handled then.

The city information page says deferred disposition is handled in person before the appearance date, and the payment page notes prior approval. That is a Franklin procedure, not a rule for JP3 or another city. Franklin Municipal Court is separate from JP3, County Court, and the District Clerk.

Franklin's municipal-court information gives the FTA and disposition details.

What a Municipal Court Warrant Shows

No Robertson city has a public name-only warrant record form in the sources reviewed. The payment pages ask for names, driver's-license details, citation or case number, amount, passcode, and CAPTCHA. Those are transaction fields, not a uniform warrant status record.

Robertson County Calvert Warrant Call-First Rule

Calvert Municipal Court is at 620 S Main, 979-364-2881. Support hours are Monday 8:00 to 5:00 and Tuesday through Friday 8:00 to noon; the judge is by appointment. The payment page routes through Paya/TrafficPayment and gives payment support at 979-364-2355.

The Calvert portal says citations older than 90 days should be handled by calling the court. That warning is a reason to ask about status, not a guarantee that payment will recall a warrant. Calvert Municipal Court differs from Robertson County JP1 at 610 S Railroad, 979-364-2750.

No separate public Calvert police warrant page was located. Use City Hall or the municipal clerk for a city citation.

Resolving a Municipal Court Warrant

Call the issuing city clerk and ask whether the case requires an appearance, payment, plan, bond, or judge's order. A payment page may accept a transaction while a separate FTA or appearance remains. Save the receipt and get written confirmation from the court.

  1. Confirm the citation, process type, amount, and appearance requirement.
  2. Use only the city court's approved payment method or arrange the setting it directs.
  3. Ask whether a judge, attorney, or separate recall order must address the warrant.
  4. Keep the receipt or new setting and ask how the court confirms closure.

Warning: An online payment may not replace a required appearance; verify with the issuing city clerk whether a warrant was separately recalled.

Robertson County Bremond Warrant Payment Route

Bremond Municipal Court operates through City Hall at 201 S Dallas Street. The court lists 254-746-7730 option 1 and directs online payment through Certified Payments with Bureau Code #4399225. Its plea form concerns the underlying case and is not a warrant-recall order.

JP4 is a separate county court at 113 E Jack Street, 254-746-7836, with its own TrafficPayment account. JP4 says partial payments require an approved payment plan. Check whether the notice says City of Bremond or Robertson County Pct. 4 before paying.

Bremond Municipal Court's official page links the payment route and plea form. Keep the transaction receipt and ask the clerk whether an appearance remains.
